1. What do you need to make a quotation?
Your design drawings or samples with detailed requirements, as well as product qty. Usually you can get our quotation within 48 hours.
2. What programs can you accept from our company?
Any commonly used formats will be fine, e.g. DWG, DXF, IGES, PDF, JPG, STEP.
3. What’s the production lead time?
Usually 4 weeks, but it depends on the complexity, size and quantity of the item you need. We will give you delivery time in our estimate. Emergency and rush services are available.
4. What materials do you run?
We work with a wide variety of metallic & non-metallic materials, for example, steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, alloys, plastic, cobalt, nickel, inconel, etc...
5. What's the shipping time?
3-7days by air-express. 15-30 days by vessel to global.
6. What's your payment term?
Since we are confident in our quality, we are now doing net 30 days after shipment with long-term customers. It’s negotiable even with new customers as we are sure you will not lose the chance to do business with such a professional supplier in the f
7. Can you make the parts based on samples?
Yes, we have reverse engineering capability. Our engineers can make the drawings based on samples. And then make specifications according to their experience.
8. What kind of parts are you adept at?
We are adept at small to medium batches, complex processes and close tolerance parts, especially those parts which are not suitable for automatic production.
9. What tolerances do you work to?
Unless otherwise specified, we comply with ISO2768-m. We can achieve ISO grade 5 for those dimensions with tolerance request.
10. What size parts do you deal with?
We focus on small-medium size parts, mainly 1mm to 500mm, but we are able to make as large as 3000mm if customer can accept the freight cost and long ocean shipment time.
